Your design criteria and your material selections.

Our proven process of developing your project's design criteria starts by walking you step by step, room by room, outlining and documenting what is important to you
during the design process.

Then we expertly assemble all of the job costs, overhead numbers, and a fair profit to compensate for the work being done, and the risk taken.

We have been designing and building projects like yours for the past 20 years for our customers. We build customer relationships for life because we do a
good job at a fair price.

Within the construction contract you will receive a time schedule and a schedule of payments that includes totals for each milestone of the construction.
